Services

Sysintegration provides advisory consulting. We prepare guidance, document reviews, and pathway summaries. We do not issue official recognition decisions, licences, or residence permits. Outcomes from authorities, chambers, and employers remain outside our control.

Acceptance and accounts

Website content is informational. A binding consulting engagement begins only when we confirm scope and fees in writing after your enquiry. You must provide accurate information about your qualifications and intended occupation.

Intellectual property

Site text, visual design, and written pathway summaries we produce remain the intellectual property of Sysintegration or its licensors. You may use your personal pathway summary for your recognition process and employer communications. You may not republish site materials for commercial reuse without permission.

Liability

We deliver advice with professional care based on information you supply. We are not liable for authority delays, changes in recognition law, translation errors by third parties, or employment decisions by third parties. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected. Where liability cannot be limited under German law, statutory rules apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in Munich shall have jurisdiction to the extent permitted for the parties involved.
