Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid employment consulting engagements with Sysintegration — including qualification recognition consultations, regulated profession pathways, document readiness reviews, and career bridging sessions.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when we have not yet started substantive work on your case, or when we cancel an engagement we cannot deliver. Substantive work includes document review, pathway research, or a completed session.

Timeframe

Cancel in writing (email to info@sysintegration.digital) at least 48 hours before a scheduled session for a full refund of prepaid session fees. Cancellations inside 48 hours may receive a partial refund of 50% if preparation has begun, or a credit toward a rescheduled session.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds apply when no review hours have been logged and no session has occurred. Partial refunds may apply if only intake has been completed; the intake portion (typically €60) is then non-refundable. After a written pathway summary has been delivered, fees for that engagement are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Authority filing fees, sworn translation costs, apostille charges, and other third-party payments are never refundable through Sysintegration because they are paid to those providers. Completed document reviews and delivered written summaries are non-refundable.

Refund process and timing

Email info@sysintegration.digital with your name, invoice or confirmation reference, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-shows

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Later changes may incur a €40 administrative fee. No-shows forfeit the session fee. If we must cancel, you may choose a full refund or a new appointment.

Deposits and work already started

Where a deposit secures a multi-stage pathway engagement, the deposit is applied to the final invoice. If you withdraw after document review has started, the deposit covers work performed and any unused remainder is refunded according to the partial-refund rules above.
