About

Advisory practice for recognition, not job-board noise

Sysintegration exists for one narrow problem: helping people use foreign qualifications and navigate regulated professions so they can work lawfully and credibly in Germany.

Origin and focus

The practice grew from repeated conversations with relocating professionals who had excellent training abroad yet stalled at the Anerkennung desk or at an employer asking for “German equivalence.” We chose employment consulting that stays close to certificates, authorities, and occupation rules rather than broad career coaching.

Working from Lange Strasse in Oberschleißheim places us near Munich’s labour market while serving clients elsewhere in Germany through structured online sessions.

How we work

Cases begin with documents and a precise target role. We compare your training against the German reference occupation, identify the competent body, and write next steps you can execute. We do not sell guaranteed recognition outcomes — those decisions belong to state offices and chambers.
