Data we process

We may process identity and contact details, qualification and employment history you choose to share, message content from enquiry forms, technical logs such as IP address and browser type, and cookie preferences. Sensitive professional documents are processed only as needed to deliver the consultation you request.

We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver consulting engagements, meet legal obligations, and — with consent where required — understand site usage via analytics cookies. Retention

Enquiry messages without an engagement are typically retained up to 12 months. Client files for completed consultations are retained as required for tax and professional documentation, usually up to ten years where commercial records rules apply, then deleted or anonymised. Recipients and international transfers
